  When the internal temperature exceeds your set temperature, the fan will automatically turn on to allow fresh air into the chicken coop. For example, if the optimal temperature is set to 25℃ on the controller screen and the fan start temperature is set to 1℃, then the fan will not start at 26℃. At 27℃, fan 2 will start, and so on. If the temperature sensor still detects a temperature higher than the house temperature, the environmental controller will automatically turn on the wet curtain water pump and use the wet curtain for cooling. Therefore, the temperature of the house remains within the set range.

  Temperature has a significant impact on poultry production performance. During the brooding period, chicks have poor resistance and require artificial temperature control. However, during the growing, laying, or fattening stages, appropriate temperatures allow poultry to achieve normal production performance. Higher temperatures reduce feed intake, slow weight gain in broilers, reduce egg and egg weight, and lower egg production. However, low temperatures increase maintenance requirements, the feed-to-egg ratio, and the feed-to-meat ratio.

  Using an environmental controller allows for precise control of the chicken coop's temperature. Set the appropriate rearing temperature according to the age of the chickens and control temperature changes by controlling fans, vents, water pumps, etc. It also has a curve cooling function, allowing you to set the daily cooling rate to accurately control the temperature of the chicken coop and improve poultry performance. When raising chickens, light is also important for their growth. On the one hand, lighting allows chickens to see and eat; on the other hand, it promotes sexual maturity and egg laying. Chickens of different ages require different light intensities and durations. Automatic light control can be achieved through the timed light setting in this device.

  The air in chicken coops contains many harmful gases, such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide. There are also many microorganisms in the dust. Proper ventilation can improve the air environment in the chicken coop, reduce indoor temperature and excess water vapor, reduce the incidence of diseases that are beneficial to the health of the flock, and ensure uniform indoor temperature. Good air environment in the chicken coop can be achieved by controlling the timed fan windows in the device.
